Throughout my career, I have produced a variety of content, edited and laid out numerous newsletters and website content and designed marketing and program pieces. Below you will find a small sample of my work.




NABL News: A monthly membership e-newsletter. I coordinate and edit the articles included, writing many of the articles. I am responsible for the artwork, layout, delivery, and analysis of the e-newsletter.

E-mail templates: I have created numerous templates for NABL. Most recently, a template using the design colors for an upcoming conference. 

Membership brochure: I coordinated copy and designed a short brochure for membership marketing.

NABL information sheet: I created an one-page information sheet for NABL to use for marketing and promotional purposes. 

 



Annual Convention programs: I coordinated the content, editing, and printing of three programs for use during events at CEC's Annual Convention.

At CEC, I was the manager of all mass e-mails that went out--laying them out, editing, and writing content. Here are a handful of e-mail examples:

Awards programs: I managed the awards programs at CEC, including the promotions of the call for submissions, the organization for reviewer information, announcement and promotions of the recipients, and events and logistics for events at the annual convention.

Reality 101: I also managed CEC's blog for new teachers, including the call for bloggers, choosing the bloggers from submissions, scheduling and editing blog posts.

Website Redesign: During my time at CEC, I helped coordinate a complete website redesign and launch of a brand new members-only community and switch to an online member newsletter, CEC Today. Here are a few snap shots of the before and after.

News releases: I helped coordinate the distribution of NCTM's news releases. I also started writing news releases for new publications, and when needed wrote news releases for other events at NCTM, such as announcing new Board of Directors and scholarship recipients.
